Contract card – the application allows you to register and manage contracts, record the organizational structure of the contract and additionally includes a reporting module for monitoring all processes in the system related to the contract
Health and Safety – an application to record a negative or positive observation. Negative is divided into accidental or potentially accidental events. After the initial registration, a full description of the event is made going through the verification stages. At the end of the process, further preventive or protective measures are planned. The application also includes a security assessment process.
Integration with BIM – In the design phase, it allows advanced management of model-related tasks. In addition, it enables data from the design phase to be linked to data that occurs in the above processes. An example of such linkages could be an integrated purchasing application that allows you to record orders straight from the model or create a demand schedule based on the data in the building facility model.
