How to set up e-Doręczenia service for business

  1. Submit an application to create an e-Doręczenia address at www.biznes.gov.pl. If you set up your address with a private provider, you must also apply to have the address added to BAE.
  2. After reviewing the application, the Ministry of Digital Affairs will create the e-Doręczenia address and mailbox.
  3. Activate the e-Doręczenia mailbox and address according to the instructions sent to the email address provided in your application.
  4. Your e-Doręczenia address will be entered into the BAE database, and you will receive an email notification in your e-Doręczenia mailbox.
  5. Assign an administrator for the e-Doręczenia mailbox.
  6. Start receiving and sending official correspondence through the GoNextStage e-Doręczenia Connector. Improve day-to-day work comfort and keep sensitive correspondence confidential within your organization.

How do you send a letter through e-Doręczenia with the GoNextStage Connector?

Registration

The user registers outgoing correspondence through the Connector, specifying the recipient, message content, and attachments.

Dispatch confirmation

The correspondence waits for dispatch confirmation through e-Doręczenia. Once verification is successful, it automatically moves to the next stage. If an error occurs, the document moves to the “Dispatch error” section, where it can be resent or rejected.

Proof of delivery

The system retrieves confirmation from the government e-Doręczenia system that the document has been successfully delivered. If an error occurs, the correspondence moves to the “Dispatch error” stage, where it can be resent or rejected.

How do you receive a letter through e-Doręczenia with the GoNextStage Connector?

Registration

The Connector application automatically registers incoming correspondence delivered to the company’s e-Doręczenia mailbox and sends a new-message notification to selected users.

Proof of delivery

The user designated in the document workflow system confirms receipt of the correspondence, which generates a proof of delivery in the e-Doręczenia system.

Download and read

If the correspondence has not yet been downloaded, the system downloads it and marks it as read. After reviewing the content and attachments, the user moves it to the archive for received correspondence or incorrectly sent correspondence.
