Onboarding & offboarding of an employee – the application includes such processes as employee application, acceptance, recruitment status, selection of a candidate, determination of working conditions, preparation of a position, onboarding process in the company. The second process is the registration of termination with the whole process of a circulation card for the employee and monitoring its implementation.
Delegations – a standard process for accepting business trips along with a travel accounting process. The process records all costs related to the delegation with the possibility of recording delegation invoices. Then, based on the automatic determination of per diems, a full settlement of the delegation is carried out in the accounting department.
Leaves of absence (absences) – the standard process of scheduling leaves and recording leaves by the employee. It takes into account the appropriate approval path and archiving of requests, and monitors available vacation days for an employee for the year.
Personnel file – a record of employee personnel documents in the form of a simple register with a process for checking and describing documents. Monitor the expiration dates of the documents in question.
Employee Portal – an interface that visualizes data from penalty systems such as ERP systems. The application downloads pay slips along with PIT and IMIR documents.
Employee appraisal – the application contains the processes of setting periodic goals and the process of their settlement, with the entire path of acceptance and revision in accordance with the client’s procedures.
TimeSheet – an application that allows recording working hours by project, broken down by project tasks. The process involves recording a monthly TimeSheet, subject to approval at the end of the month.
