How the integration works

Incoming correspondence

1 Automatic registration

The Connector detects new messages delivered to your company’s e‑Delivery mailbox and notifies the appropriate users.

2 Receipt confirmation

The user responsible confirms receipt directly in the workflow system. This action automatically generates an official acknowledgment in the state system.

3 Downloading and processing

If the message hasn’t been downloaded yet, the system retrieves it. After reviewing the content and attachments, the user sends it either to the archive or marks it as incorrectly delivered.

Outgoing correspondence

1 Creating the message

The user registers outgoing mail, adds the recipient, message content, and attachments.

2 Verification

The letter waits while e‑Delivery performs a verification check. If it succeeds, the message moves on automatically. If not, it goes to the “Sending Error” stage, where it can be resent or discarded.

3 Proof of delivery

The system retrieves the delivery confirmation from the government platform. Any errors again send the message to the “Sending Error” stage.
