OPERATIONS

1)

Contractor Base – the process of registration, verification and evaluation of Contractors. The process can be integrated with all other digital business processes, providing a “360” view of all processes and data related to a given Contractor. Possible integration with ERP or data warehouses.

Contractor Verification – the process of verifying new and current Contractors. Thanks to integration with external databases providing data about the verified entity, we verify, among others: basic information, vat status, white list, vies,. The application requires integration with external services.

Case Cir culation – a universal process for managing various types of cases and tasks in an organization. The process allows registering cases and documents, assigning tasks to users and monitoring the status of their execution. The process has the ability to manually set multi-level case approval.

Risk management – the application allows you to register risks. Within the risk, incidents, the handling plan, controls and risk valuation are recorded. All risks are subject to monitoring.

Internal audits – the application allows you to record the auditee’s schedule. Audit tasks are then started at the appropriate times for the users in question. Finally, recommendations for relevant areas are recorded from the task level. All tasks and recommendations are monitored.

Helpdesk – a classic application for managing requests. Allows registration, assignment and exchange of information with the notifier. The application can be used internally in various departments, such as IT, legal, marketing.

Internal legislation – the process of creating regulations within the organization, allowing the assignment of parallel tasks, working on documents, appointing guardians to verify the documents created. The application includes a publication process and notification of new internal regulations.

Initiatives – an application that supports the recording and management of initiatives and ideas in the company. Process allows you to evaluate initiatives and convert them into internal projects

Bidding – the application includes a sales process, recording sales opportunities, submitted bids and monitoring their status. The process records negotiation histories and archives bidding results. The process can be linked to the customer database and project charter. Sometimes the process still part of a larger CRM module.
